It's even balanced, which means it swings quiet a bit heavier than its bigger brother , the head-light Graphite Destiny, and has noticeably less power; but since the Graphite is far from underpowered, that's not necessarily bad.
It's a lovely looking racquet, but I suspect it won't be replacing the Graphite Destiny in my affections just yet. Now I just need the middle of the series, the gorgeous cherry-red Ceramic Destiny, to complete the trio of possibly the best looking racquets ever made.
So I thought I was a heavy racqueteer, till I read you have 20. I have 2-Wilson power holes, both regular and oversized/extended 6.1 (for topspin power-volleying) the Wilson Sledge hammer (for a spin game where you are going for RPM's rather than MPH, finese and placement) We share the Hyperprostaff 5.0, I also have prostaff 97, and just aquired a Babolot pure control 360, and my oldie but goody wilson graphite agressor, not a bad stick for a dept store racquet, its so familiar I statrted tennis with it.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see your list of 20. I'd also want to know if you get laughed at like me, bring thre or four different raquets to a game, and switching constantly to adjust for the player you are against...some are easier for fending off an aggressive player, or for using alot of spin trickster dustin Brown shots against someone bombing you from the baseline.
I have hundreds of the things and halve are made of wood the rest are all quality graphite. Its a strange way of capturing memories on the court and how it felt with each different stick.
